This is the place where you figure out if you're good enough to go to the next Dorm.
To apply you must....
Have a teacher's recommendation. (Except for some special cases)
Use your themed deck and completely win the duel.
To have a recommendation you must have been in a dorm from one to two months.

What do you do in one of these "Special Cases" where a potential student can never be on when a teacher is? (Ie: Time difference)
